This company is a true rip off. They take your money then become real rude when you look for answers. I had to change my bank account to keep them from scaming me any more than they already have.
I have been charged approx $80 x 3 and never even received the product. They refuse to issue a refund. The product may be great, but the company isn't. The customer service people refuse to let me speak with a manager and they still have not refuned me one dollar.

This company should be looked into. It is BOGUS and they are committing serious FRAUD ! Several hundreds of charges later on our checking account even after cancellation. Had to CLOSE our account. RUDE Customer Service, should you call them that. Filed a police report in DeMoines Iowa. Their Customer service hung up on me 2x and refused to allow me to speak with a manager, etc....

can someone talk about whether the peoduct works or not. It seems everyone is complaining of the cost and canceling problems.

I received my bottle 13 days into the so-called trial period. Two days later I had a $100 charge on my credit card. Don't try calling - they are very unprofessional and very rude. Hung up on me!!! Not only does it not work, I did cancel my membership and they continued to send me shipments as well as charge my credit card, I emailed them and they said it would be refunded in 3-5 business days, that was a month ago, isn't there some federal agency that can look into this stuff and shut them down??

Just went to cancel my card as they rip you off and like a real retard, I signed on for the bromalite, not reading the fine print they joined me up to a FitFactory gym at $30 extra a month and the $70 at least I have cancelled Bromalite
